Patients and visitors are advised Helix Medical Centre will be closed from 1.30pm on the below dates to enable mandatory staff training to take place as per Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care Board guidance:

Only patients with pre booked appointments should ‘check in’ at the screen and take a seat in the waiting area after 1.30pm, whereby the GP, Nurse or Midwife will collect you.
No other patients will be seen during a training shutdown period.
For all other queries, phones lines reopen at 5.30pm.
Normal service will resume at 8.00am the following day.
