Medical Students

Helix Medical Centre started hosting medical students from University of Cambridge and Anglia Ruskin University from September 2023.

This enables our team to be involved in training workforce of the future for potential careers in general practice / providing recruitment opportunities in the future.

Medical students receive a balance of clinical sessions and educational sessions, whilst being fully supported by our GP Trainers.

Our dedicated Carers Champion can be contacted by speaking to our reception team or calling and choosing the option for Secretaries. The Carers Champion can offer guidance on services available to support carers and organise carers healthchecks with our nursing team.
