How to cancel appointments

Please do remember to cancel your appointment if you are unable to attend.

Your co-operation is appreciated and will enable other patients in need to utilise a cancelled appointment slot and assists in reducing waiting times.

You can use any of the following methods:

1. Cancel online using SystmOnline (if you are already registered). Login to SystmOnline
2. By Telephone: call us on 01279 594450 to access our cancellation line
3. In Person: pop into the surgery and let the receptionist know in person

As part of our commitment to all our patients we monitor the efficient use of appointments. If a patient regularly fails to attend a booked appointment, the surgery reserves the right to remove them from the list.
