Complaints: Our team strive to provide patients with an effective and friendly service, if however you feel that the care you have received has not met these goals, we need you to tell us, so we can reflect & improve.
If you wish to raise an issue, please initially speak with our Reception Team / Operations Manager to ensure we can resolve matters together as quickly as possible.
If an immediate resolution is not possible at the time that it arises, then will request you complete our Patient Complaint Form which can be downloaded on this page or obtained via the reception desk; this form can capture the full details of your complaint or concerns. Further guidance can be found by viewing the 'Complaints Process Leaflet'.
On receipt of your Complaint Form, our Complaints Administrator will implement our Complaints Protocol to investigate further with the management team and communicate back to you.
If after this process you remain unhappy with the conclusion, you can contact the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman.
