Unsure what time your appointment is?
You can now check and cancel appointments using our automated telephone service.
Simply call the surgery number as normal and choose the option for the automated system.
Our Phone line has stayed the same, however some of the options have changed
Patients will need to give their date of birth and phone number registered to their medical record and this will enable them to book in an appointment with a GP by giving a brief description of the problem.
What is Patient Partner?
Patient Partner is an automated telephone system designed to offer patients a hassle-free way to contact the surgery.
- We are currently in the testing phase and will be initially providing routine appointments via this new booking system.
- The system does not allow patients to order repeat prescriptions.
Benefits to Patients:
- Access available 24/7.
- Reduced waiting time in call queues.

- Fewer complaints due to lengthy call queues.
- Solutions to challenges like reception or prescription team shortages.
- Efficient management of planned appointments and campaigns, such as for Flu jabs.

Why are we introducing it?
We’ve taken on board feedback from our patients about lengthy call waiting times.

How to Use It:
Dial our surgery number on 01279 594450
Input your identifiable patient data, such as Date of Birth and your registered phone number.
The surgery may invite you to book into a clinic via a 4 digit pin code system. Please input this when prompted.
